Many of you shared days on the Lady Katie in the 
Chesapeake Bay and in the Gulf Stream off Cape Hatteras. But my SEO-tuned website, which topped the first page in Google searches, found her a new owner in Montauk, New York. We enjoyed 14 fun-filled years, and I continue fishing in the Chesapeake Bay, out of Palm Beach, and with Captain Greg, star of the National Geographic TV series Wicked Tuna Outer Banks. →
My virtual four-session home-selling course for George Mason University and my talk on home buying in person at GMU's Arlington campus and live-streamed, were very well received. Finally, my Home Buying Today seminar included two segments critical for home buyers.
