When buying a new home there are unique and important considerations. Contract forms are not standardized and must be read extra carefully. There are also special considerations regarding your earnest money deposit. Further, most new home buyers prefer to be advised by their own licensed agent rather than the representative of the builder, many of whom are not licensed.
